Role Purpose
The bakery at Mademoiselle Desserts Taunton is responsible for producing frozen desserts. The Production/Packing Operative will work with their Line leader and team members to ensure that production/packing plans are completed, ensuring quality, cost, GMP and health and safety standards are met.
Principal Accountabilities
· Production/packing line operation to produce/pack quality, food safe products
· Product assembly/packing tasks as described on skills matrix
· Safe operation of machinery
· Supporting the Line Leader with efficient changeovers
· Hygiene tasks ensuring your area of work meets GMP standards
· Reporting any quality and safety issues to your Line Leader
· Work efficiently with the team and support any other areas that may be required
· Relevant paperwork checks with in your area of work.
Any other duties as may be reasonably expected to ensure adequate levels of output are maintained
AM Shift 06:00 - 14:30
